If you’ve lost a loved one to suicide — you are not alone - allow yourself a safe space to connect with others and create a circle of hope together.

Support Group for Youth

Our free grief support groups provides youth 

grades 7 through 12 the opportunity to express their thoughts and feelings, participate in activities and cope with the many challenges that are often experienced with the death of a loved one who has died by suicide.

Support Group for Adults

The Support groups are designed as a safe place to rekindle a sense of hope.  The facilitators of Removing the Stigma are loss Survivors as well.  You are not alone, although our pain is different together we can make the journey.
