MENTAL & EMOTIONAL WELLNESS GROUPS
The principles found in this group help bring mental and emotional wellness to women.
We explore the biblical aspects of finding hope, developing self-esteem and identity in Christ, building healthy relationships, gaining and keeping your independence, and building an individual wellness recovery plan filled with God's purpose for your life.
MENTAL WELLNESS COACHING
Our faith-based Mental Health coaching program "Walk By Faith" is designed to encourage, inspire, and bring hope to women and young girls in whatever season they are in a while helping them find within themselves the passion and God-given vision to move forward in the plans God has for them despite the Mary, Hagar, Job, Sarah, Ruth, moments in their life.
We look at life from a holistic approach, physically, emotionally, socially, and spiritually, making the Word of God the pure foundation and platform of each session.

YOUTH LIFE CLEVE
Youth Live Cleve is a program designed to change the mindset around how suicide and mental illness is interpreted and believed by African-American youth and their parents or guardians. It is about addressing the generations of cultural stigmatized beliefs within communities which has caused mental illness and suicide to be stigmatized.
Youth Life Cleve is designed to empower youth to express their feelings and personal opinions openly, honestly, in a safe space without fear of judgment or retaliation, creating a healthy atmosphere, which helps to reduce stigma, while encouraging youth to seek help.
